In 2024 I undertook an arts residency in France focused on documenting and responding to the loss of ancient apple varieties, and the collection of heritage apples at the Jardin Botanique. This work in progress aims to highlight the importance of preserving biodiversity and its connection to our cultural heritage, while also examining the impact of commodification on our food choices.
